Out of the 10 times I’ve called Northwest Condo Services, they’ve only picked up the phone once. Duane Hoff was clueless in trying to answer a basic question. Then he never called me back to follow up, especially since we were trying to close on purchasing a condo- of which they were the property management company. Cathie Koll.....can you please respond to our inquiries regarding the $10K insurance check you have had for 90 days leaving Superior restoration unpaid???? Theres no working website, no responses to my emails or phone calls!! Frustrating beyond belief.
