I have lived in a building managed by CMI for multiple years. Over the years, I have interacted with many of the staff at CMI. They have all been extremely helpful and professional. A couple of years ago, we had a water intrusion incident in our condo and CMI helped us through that very tough time. Overall, it has been a really positive experience.
CMI has been a game changer for me and my HOA. I have been on the boards of two condo associations these past 25 years. There is a lot of work that goes unseen by the general, relatively uninvolved owners and certainly their renters.
