Exceptional service today. I had to contact support and they went above and beyond what I needed. Thank you.
Disappointed with the expensive cost of ordering condo documents from CondoPapers.com, particularly noting that they charge extra fees for documents that are already available to download (that you want in a rush). For example, I ordered monthly condo board meeting minutes that were readily available for download, but trapped behind a paywall for 5 days unless I paid extra fees. Furthermore, there was a 15% "CondoPapers Service Fee" not disclosed until checkout.
