AC quit working. Called and they responded immediately. Scheduled appointment for the same day, problem was repaired within an hour. Very happy with their service!
Excellent communication with the office and the technician. I was called to set an appointment, reminded of my upcoming service and was even sent a photo of the technician in advance so I would recognize him upon arrival. The technician arrived on time and answered all of my questions in a very knowledgeable manner. I am happy with the work done and will continue to use Air Concepts in the future.

Jimmy was very professional. Went over everything he was doing and explained everything clearly. I like the text notifications alerting when the technician is on the way with the picture and name of the technician that should be showing up.
We ran into issues with the fan on our system staying on. I made a call in the morning to Air Concepts and asked if they had someone available to come take a look. An appointment was made for same day and the technician, Jimmy, was able to come early. We explained to him what was happening and he let us know what he thought it could be. Upon further investigation he was correct in his diagnosis and was able to replace the bad part.
