We had a great experience with Air Concepts. Ryan was open and honest with the products and pricing for an HVAC replacement. He was able to get the team back out the very next day to replace the HVAC system with a new one. Julio and (different) Ryan came out bright and early and spent the whole day getting us back to comfortable living. Highly recommend this company.
I had Hendrix Air come by to do a simple, yearly check on my A/C. My wife was told we have significant issues and we urgently need a Bacteria killing lights installed for approximately $3,000 among other work. MY UNIT AND HOUSE ARE BRAND NEW. I contacted Air Concepts feeling as if I was scammed for a basic check up. I was told honestly, "You're unit is fine. It's brand new. It has good duct work. There's no bacteria build up." I just had a whole new HVAC system installed in Brunswick and I can't say enough good things about Air Concepts. From the quote to the communication to the day-of install and explanation of how my new system worked. Very professional and very pleasant people all along the way. I worked with John, Shelby, Austin and Derek. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated company.
John, Shelby and the entire staff have been wonderful. Our thermostat & heat went out during the ice & snow storm while running a whole house generator. Shelby contacted John and he was at our home on Jekyll Island in less than an hour. Trees down, icy bridges and he still made it. Having no power and running off a generator our system had to be modified and a temporary thermostat installed. John did it !!!!! It got down to 18 degrees that night.
