Air Concept was fantastic! We came home from vacation to find our air conditioning not working, and they were at our house within 5 hours. Chase was professional, clearly explained what needed to be done, and had everything fixed quickly—all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
In late May we had the HVAC unit (very old) replaced on a small commercial building we own. The price for a 2-stage unit was about the same as other quotes we had for a single stage unit. Since then our power bill has been lower each month. This month GA Power advised us it was down 53.99%. On top of the monthly savings, the temperature is much more consistent. No more "I can't breathe" hot or the "where is my coat" cold. Office and installation people are wonderful ... can't say enough good things about them all.
Chase was so helpful, thoughtful and professional in dealing with a repair needed at my mother’s house. We are grateful to have had him assist us.

Our installation crew was outstanding and John followed up with us on multiple occasions to ensure everything was working well.
