Guiness World Record. Rosca de Reyes. Panificadora La Mejor, my Grandfather Demetrio Romualdo Mena, initiated this bakery more than 50 years ago. This is where my mother got her start. Now my cousin runs the show along with my grandmother and my aunt. Today they now hold the Guiness World Record for longest Rosca De Reyes. Being that Tizimin, Yucatan Mexico, is home to the Catholic Church “De los 3 Reyes” this is a great triumph not only for them, but for the city as a whole!
