The food and especially the service was awesome! Laney was a great waitress.
Taco shells and the nacho chips were both stale. Portion size for the price is a bit small as well. Service took several minutes to get our order despite other tables being seated and ordering and getting food before us. Staff was polite and friendly.
Calen was amazing! His attention to detail truly set him apart—he didn’t miss a thing and made sure everything delivered promptly. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. The entire experience at Condado was amazing because of the care and effort he put in. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, Calen is absolutely the one to call! Calen > regular employee.
