I’ve dealt with a lot of companies in my life, but I’ve never encountered one as disorganized and careless as this. From the moment I booked their service, I had nothing but problems. They don’t return calls, they ignore emails, and when they do respond, they’re rude and unhelpful. They missed two appointments without even letting me know.
