The technicians are accommodating and nice, but the system is just blatantly offensive to people who need immediate services. My mom went there for a colonoscopy but it turns out a biopsy was also involved too. [2nd Update] DO NOT GO HERE! My mom went to a follow up and the specialist doesn’t even know what to do!! Useles!! She is reporting breathing problems after going through the colonoscopy and this is clearly a complication from the colonoscopy! She didn’t have these issues before went through the procedure! This place was a nightmare... to start off you are scheduled a time to have your procedure done but if somebody happens to come before you, you get pushed back so what is the reason to even make an appointment. When I first arrived I was greeted by a wonderful nurse named June who took all my vitals. She noticed that my blood pressure was quite high and I told her I was nervous because I have had three prior surgeries that required anesthesia and I had three Strokes following the procedures.
