My mother is receiving home health care with nurses PT and OT. They have been so wonderful in every way! Highly recommend them.
I elected to update this review based on the following events with this provider, especially when someone in my PCPs Office assigned them to me I will be following up with the appropriate agencies, both Federial Medicare and State. This home care provider should have their license revoked, and even their own employees advise they are short staffed and some patients are not receiving the care they should. Save a life don’t use this facility if you care about your family’s health and well-being
I wish I could give a higher rating but cannot. The6 don't show up for weeks always an excuse. Make promises they will do better. OT is a joke, calling for Branch manager who never responds.
