This review is based solely on the fact I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at the property. I have contacted them 4 times about potential available units and nobody has bothered to return a call. I left a voice message and nothing. The woman who does answer the phone seems like she just woke up and explained the number on the website is the after hours number and that she'd get the right person to contact me. They don't seem to be organised or have any clue what they're doing. It's very unprofessional.
I have lived in this building for over 20 years and would like to speak about Mark Lowen and Dianna Berard and how positive they are to this building! They are polite to speak with and do such an amazing job around the building. They are always around to answer questions and things have definitely improved since their arrival. This is a good place to live and even better now with good Management!
Heard from my friend they do not refund deposit. They make excuses when you leave property . They lied to him first emailed him that you have broken the bed then folding borad and lastly they excuse that they charge 250 euro for cleaning room Look like a scam to me that why did not plan to live here Not recommend and will tell my friends to stay away from scam
Concodria house 05 , They are scammer . After 20 days I received an email that we had deduct 250 euro for 4 hours cleaning in room and bed damage which is completely fake statement . i have a recorded video of room before I left . I have no idea that they did this with how many more students . it’s sort of scam going on I am going to take legal action against dorm.
