I recently had to put down my dog at Concord Vet and organised his aftercare for cremation through them. I was assured he would be looked after. A week passed with no updates for pick up, so I called the practice. The staff told me the crematory had a backlog that week so was delayed. I later found out I was lied to, and that they hadn't arrange for pickup with the crematory - for 9 days! This sickens me, sickens me immensely.
