Does anyone know how to get ahold of the owner? My friend is looking for an apartment, left 3 messages and no one has contacted them. Are there managers at this apartment complex?
"Gone to the dogs" is a good comment. The people who live there now are not screened and they dont matter who you are as long as you will pay the rent. Sad what has happened to this once-nice place.
I recently check on a apartment here because I used to live here. I wouldnt live there again. They have new managers that are never in the office. You can tell by the look of the place that is not being taken care of. I could hear neighbors yelling and loud music. It is turning into a slum.
Absolutely have to agree with the first reviewer. This apartment complex is under new managemant and the complex is slowly falling apart. Lack of maintenance skills is a huge factor but then simple things like the parking lot being dark because the bulbs are out and are not being replaced. This not only makes it inconvenient but a safety issue. I recently moved from here. It is under new management and they just do not care about the apartments or who lives there. All they want is people who pay the rent. A shame, it used to be a very nice place to live and call your home.
I agree with all people who have rated these apartments thus far. I am moving this coming month for the very reasons they have stated.
I recently moved from this complex because the manager/maintenance man does not repair things and the parking lot has become a security concern because the lights are often out. If you are looking for a place to live I suggest you stay away from this place. It is fast becoming the worst apartment complex in Lebanon.
