Dr Russo is an absolutely fantastic doctor. He is very kind, listens and is very thorough in his diagnosis. He is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. Also, his receptionist Sandra is so friendly and helpful. I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr Russo and would definitely recommend him.
Went for 2 appointments - they never followed up next steps despite telling me they would during the appointment, even for a simple prescription. When I tried emailing, I got ghosted.
Would never recommend going to the Gynecologist here. She only works once every “2 to 3 weeks”, despite telling you she’s going to call with results in a week. It took me 8 months to have two appointments, in which she only did tests I could have done (and HAVE done) at the GP, only for her to repeat the exact same tests in the second appointment cause it took so long that the first tests were no longer valid.
