Concord hospital exceeds in its ability to achieve total disorganisation in every department yet do it with a smile. My favourite pastime was seeing if my meal had anything I actually ordered and then trying to work out what I received once it actually arrived . Once I thought I was getting a cheese toasty only to realise it was fish and chips with the lemon on top resembling melted cheese. The hospital taught me how to make my own bed. The most horrific hospital in Sydney. Not only do the nurses talk about patients but they also yell at them. It’s hell in there. DO NOT GO.

My wife had a surgery today at Concord Hospital, and we’re extremely grateful for the outstanding care she received. From the doctors to the nurses and support staff, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. Thank you to the entire team for making her feel comfortable and well cared for — truly a 5-star experience!
