I have been frequenting the ACE unit for a few years now and the team is fantastic. During my last visit Min really made me reflect on how consistently the team has shown care, consideration and attentiveness. Their communication is awesome and you can tell they all really enjoy being there.

I received treatment here for severe second-degree burns on my legs, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for the exceptional care I received. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The receptionist for Dr Penelope spring needs a communications course. She is very rude always like you’ve stole her money or something. There has been many times I wanted to tell her off but I resisted. Dr Spring she is making you look bad.

Concord Hospital is back in the headlines again. All thanks to CEO Teresa Anderson and Acting General Manager Genevieve Wallace’s policy of collective punishment. After the imaging department scam/fraud became public, instead of punishing the entire hospital, they should have referred the perpetrators to the police for a proper investigation and stepped down with some dignity.
