I just want to say thank you to Trudy. Today, I was told some very sad news. I had to get a prescription & the first thing she said was sorry for what I was going through before cashing me out & explaining the prescriptions. It ment A LOT to me because it was the first time I heard it all morning while at the OB office. Not my OB, not the nurse taking vitals, no one but her. READ UPDATE BELOW!! I WISH I could give this place ZERO STARS!! I've been going to CONCORD PHARMACY for about five years now. They are nothing but RUDE. The TWO WOMAN that work assisting customers, should be FIRED!! They are LAZY, RUDE AND INCOMPEDENT! DO NOT even try and call ahead so your prescriptions are ready when you get there, because they just IGNORE your calls.
