Alot of different kind of stores in this mall. Also several good eating places.
I enjoyed shopping at Concord Mills. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful. I particularly noticed the cleaniness in the mall, Food Court and bathrooms.

I would have given Concord Mills Mall 4-5 stars if it wasn't for Bass Pro Shops. I LOVE the variety of items carried within the store and the general layout of it. I am, however, VERY disappointed in the people you have trying to get you to sign up for things or win a free trip at the outside entrance. They shouldn't be able to approach the customers as much as they do.
