We had a good time and found what we need snd more
I always come to this mall, but Monday I was shopping with my family and I walked in to francescas for the first time, I was pushing my babies stroller and was interested he store for maybe 5 mins and started to walk out, a woman who worked their rudely approached me and asked me if I was walking out the store with a poncho with out paying, ( my baby was holding a scarf of mine ) and she made it seems as if I was trying to steel. Very disappointed in that store :(

I've been to this mall only once before years ago, now that I'm in the process of relocating here I took my father shopping here. He has trouble walking distances. I was hoping to rent a scooter or wheelchair. I asked several different people at kiosks but they didn't know anything about the services. I found the customer service desk after finally looking at the map myself. It was quite a walk for my father. There is not a major department store like Belk or Macy's.

The floor was terrible. Slick hardwood, carpet squares, duct tape. Dangerous to walk on. The larger stores were half empty and looked abandoned. Things looked a little ghetto. Very disappointing. Santa was great
No traffic control. Took 1 1/2 hours to get Out of parking lot.
I've come here since I moved to the area in 2006. It's always busy around Christmas time and that's a given, but with the addition of new restaurants they've implemented "valet" parking. At a mall. So now, in a parking lot where they got rid of hundreds of parking spots to build restaurants, there are 50+ that sit empty, because most people aren't going to pay $10 to park at a damn mall or to go to outback. Both are nice, but I promise they aren't that nice. Typical cash grab BS that makes places less attractive to consumers... read more
