AUSTIN 5 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !!! This week my daughters and I took a trip to the mall, a mall we love and are excited to see is starting to look prettier and prettier with every visit. They Are The Best Shoe Ever...I Have A Few Pairs ...
Not a safe place to be any more. Until management stops allowing under aged loitering and crime, my family will no longer spend our money shopping, eating, or watching movies there. Get things under control. The publicized fight that occurred a few nights ago outside the movie theatre is a perfect example. things are just getting worse. If you don't set an example and increase security measures, you are allowing an element to chase away your clientele. Good luck with that.
Too many unsupervised teens, thugs, and young adults who are looking for trouble and violence. This community is fed up.
Great mall I won't be returning after shots were fired tonight at Dave and busters I feared for my safety tighten up security this is a family place guns or reckless behavior should be tolerated
