I had to report this company to BBB for the scheme they pull. In a nut shell they do not explain how long the process can be. Unless you have 2-3 months to go back and forth with them I would not recommend them. They will string you along until you willingly give up thus forfeiting your refund. They are intrusive and make you explain every aspect of your life including transactions, cash app statements etc. Poor people in the office have no control over what these so called "analysts" put potential clients through. I actually left the apartment I rented at Brookside in move in condition. The apartment was cleaned thorougly stove, refrigerator, all cabinets and all closets were wiped down inside and out. all windows, blinds and window sills were cleaned. Carpets were cleaned and there wasn't a bug in sight! I worked for a professional cleaning service cleaning move outs and I know everything that must be done during a move out!!!!! I’m a resident a Howell Branch Cove this year has been especially hard for my family with the COVID-19 virus and not being able to work. That being said Concord Management who yearly increases rent for all of their properties and attributes this to HUD recommendations still pursued increasing our rents, In the midst of so many low income families being out of work they still wanted to proceed and sent out letters letting us residents know how much additional we will be charged.
