Visiting parents at Uptown Maitland and surprised that one elevator has been not working for more than a week and the other elevator is making strange noise. I had two tenants complain to me, asking me to help (because I was young and they were fearful of retribution). Apparently Schindler elevators have many issues. One of the residents had to be taken out by EMS down 5 flights of stairs. You have a building full of elderly residents, many who can’t navigate stairs. I live at Waterford East Apts in Orlando, Fl. I have lived here for 9.5 years and I truly enjoy living here. It is a great community and should any issues arise they are promptly attended to. Repairs, if any are taken care of by experienced maintenance workers. I appreciate them very much!!

Beware they have a system that automatically charges late fees that only management can remove and they won't even if it's an error. How can you charge a late fee on a zero balance? Concorde Rents did it.

My elderly father always pays his rent on time. He has his bank account tied to the Concord website panel so the rent is pulled from the account each month. After a year of payments Concord stopped pulling the rent payment. My father did not know the payments were no longer being pulled by Concord until we were reviewing his bank balanced and notice the omission. I am writing this review to warn all renters and future renters. Please be aware this management company is all about taking your money!! They just forced a single mother out of her apartment. She was a good tenant for 8 years, never missed a payment. This was done with out a proper eviction. Not even an email. The complex director did this all verbally!! In August 2021 Tony Mangifesta Assistant Community Director, waited till after living at our apartment for already 8 months to tell us that we were indebted to Amelia Court apartments and that we would have to pay it all in full in the course of three months. Now the mistake was made on their end both professionally and administratively and myself and my husband were held solely accountable for their slack. Where is your customer serivce at. You can never get a hold of anyone in the office. You leave messages and no response. no call back no follow up. I have been trying to help someone with an application as well as trying to get a rental verification and have not been able to get a hold of no one in the office. I understand COVID has had an impact but we are in the property management business and still should be able to respond to voicemails and help new prospects requesting information and needing help.

Bad customer service they try and put you out when you complain about neighborhood conditions and laundry and common areas being left a mess / nasty and adults smoking cigarettes in the apartments adjacent to mine I have a toddler and I pay my rent I’m a single parent they are trying to make me vacate because they don’t want to deal with me or my complaining when I have photos and numerous videos of the common areas being left nasty by the neighbors we all have to live her I don’t get section 8 or ssi I get up and go to work... read more

I had to report this company to BBB for the scheme they pull. In a nut shell they do not explain how long the process can be. Unless you have 2-3 months to go back and forth with them I would not recommend them. They will string you along until you willingly give up thus forfeiting your refund. They are intrusive and make you explain every aspect of your life including transactions, cash app statements etc. Poor people in the office have no control over what these so called "analysts" put potential clients through.
