Love my new car, loved the great service, and would recommend them to everyone.
I'm extremely happy with the leasing experience I just had at Concord Kia. Erica in the Internet Sales group did a great job of coming back with a strong price the first time and that got me in the place. No high pressure, no games, no hidden costs. But what really stood out was the experience in the dealership, where I was in and out in just about 90 minutes, 30 minutes of which was reviewing the features of my new Kia. Totally painless and such a contrast from my last leasing experience.
So far had a great experience with a nice , very professional staff . John mcbryde was excellent so was anthony answering all my questions. Purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento lx with convenience package very happy so far they get a 10 . Also got warriors tickets with new purchase.
Have been waiting weeks for my car after THEIR plow hit me . Dont think they are very professional about how they handle things either.
This place has no knowledge on the services they offer, or the company "Q Certified" that they are so proud to represent. My car has been in the shop for nearly 3 weeks just because the warranty company is so hard to get ahold of just to get my vehicle repaired. Already had an inspector go in and give an ok saying the vehicle should be covered, apparently it seems like once that is said, Q certified enjoys hiding. Get my vehicle fixed because this is just unacceptable.
So far 5 stars. Seem like a good bunch of people. Straightforward, not wasting your time. Can't speak for ye service department but the sales is a ok.
I'm giving them 1 star out of courtesy because they need all they can get. The salesman did a nice job and we ultimately made a purchase but customer service declined fast. I'll let my one star review serve as your warning and I'll refrain from any other comments
