🪳🪳🪳These apartments have ROACHES!!🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳!. I lived on the first floor apartment five I believe they trick you by renovating all the apartments and making it look nice and taking you through the entrance that is not piled with trash. The dumpster has huge rats running around and inside there is mice along with the roaches. I have been a resident at this location for 18 years. I truly appreciate the recent efforts to properly address and correct the irregularities that existed in the past. Immediate actions have been taken to resolve any issues within the units. One of the most impactful changes has been the installation of electric gates, which greatly enhance the safety of all tenants. Those who want to enjoy their home should also take care of their unit. The apartments have been renovated and modernized. I am happy with my unit.
Terrible experience, they don't return the security deposit, they have a terrible communication, after you've already rented it's too late to try to solve the problems, if you have your sense don't rent this apartment !!!
Do Not Live Here!!! I occupied apt. 113 at 111 Sherbrooke Avenue Hartford CT, 06106 on March 1st 2023. I had been apartment hunting for over a month and I had a timeline in which I needed to vacate my current residence at the time. There were a few red flags upon viewing the apartment but my intent was to only commit to a year lease so I figured it wouldn’t be as bad.
