I’ve only been living here for about a month, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of communication—there’s no clear or reliable way to get in touch with management when problems come up. Calls and messages go unanswered, which makes it frustrating and stressful as a tenant. On top of that, the way tenants are treated feels very unprofessional and dismissive. Do Not Live Here!!! I occupied apt. 113 at 111 Sherbrooke Avenue Hartford CT, 06106 on March 1st 2023. I had been apartment hunting for over a month and I had a timeline in which I needed to vacate my current residence at the time. There were a few red flags upon viewing the apartment but my intent was to only commit to a year lease so I figured it wouldn’t be as bad. 🪳🪳🪳These apartments have ROACHES!!🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳!. I lived on the first floor apartment five I believe they trick you by renovating all the apartments and making it look nice and taking you through the entrance that is not piled with trash. The dumpster has huge rats running around and inside there is mice along with the roaches. I have been a resident at this location for 18 years. I truly appreciate the recent efforts to properly address and correct the irregularities that existed in the past. Immediate actions have been taken to resolve any issues within the units. One of the most impactful changes has been the installation of electric gates, which greatly enhance the safety of all tenants. Those who want to enjoy their home should also take care of their unit. The apartments have been renovated and modernized. I am happy with my unit.
I live in Concorn Hill for twenty years. I have story to tell. I love my apartment was a big place and enjoyed. Even that I strongly with different things such as mouses, rat that was coming up through the wall and sometimes roach another thing as not elevator not laundry for two year still I love my place.
