Nothing but professional and accommodating from the first point of contact. Jade was super helpful, replied to my emails quickly and had me a quote in no time. Andres did an incredible job cleaning my carpets, for their age they almost look brand new. From the spot treatment at the beginning to the final clean up at the end, he took his time and made sure I was happy before he left. Would definitely recommend Andres and Concord First General.
March 13, 2025 we went down to our basement to discover a sewer pipe had busted and flooded almost our whole basement with sewage! Our Insurance company dispatched First General emergency and restoration company to our home. I had a great experience with this company! When I called to book the appointment, the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful answering all my questions. Andres did fantastic work on the carpet cleaning and the service was very friendly and professional.
