Sewer line back up catastrophe handled very well! I called First General right away when my basement started floating in March. They sent out a guy (Farzad) immediately who sucked up the water and sanitized my entire basement. Then they moved all my stuff and cut out the drywall etc. The carpenter Andrew and his son were very competent and showed up at 8am to get to work. The flooring guys were excellent. Farzad and Liam cleaned my sectional couch. They were thoughtful and efficient and took time to pay attention to the details. On time and very courteous. Highly recommend them for any of the services the company offers.

Concord was quick to get us scheduled in and everything happened as they said it would. Juan was very cordial, professional and hard working. The carpets were cleaned quickly and thoroughly. We will look to concord first for the next cleaning.

Fast and thorough. I’ve tried other places but did not get great results. Showed up on time and super friendly receptionist who actually answered the phone when I called! Amazing results.
