We had a hot water tank burst in our basement and woke up to a fully flooded basement. It was a very stressful situation, but the team from First General handled everything incredibly well. Eric, the manager, was excellent at coordinating the schedule and keeping communication clear the entire time. Robertson quickly removed all the water and handled the drying process efficiently. Ricardo and Farzad were great. Very polite and respectful. Happy with the job they did! Hector also did good work. Was on time and very fast. Communication from the whole team was prompt and efficient.
