I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I have always loved Dr Borrelli. But the last 2 to 3 years his office staff has been ridiculous. They are incredibly rude on the phone. Things that should take 5 minutes take 7 to 8 phone calls plus a visit to the office to get taken care of. And now I'm on day 4 of not having a needed medication because they can't seem to call it in to the pharmacy! I will be finding a different doctor Monday!

I read the reviews and had to scratch my head. NOTHING could be further from the truth. CFM has been a part of my family since they started many years ago. They now treat many of my family and friends. CFM staff are kind, thoughtful and professional. They will work people in depending on the need so a short wait is understandable because they do their best to see me as well. I highly recommend Concord Family Medicine. They are the best around!
I have gone here for nearly 10 years. I appreciate Dr. Yoders knowledge but the cost to go here is way too high. Since they joined the Elkhart Clinic it's been a cash grab. in order for me to get a $6 script for my medication it will cost me nearly $400 for the visit and labs (no insurance). that just doesn't seem right or fair.
Yoder pads his schedule so there is a minimum 45 minute wait every visit. The last time I called in they couldn't find my records at the front desk. No follow up on potentially life threatening conditions. Induction process has all the warmth of a cattle shoot, classic passive aggressive Mennonite attitude, c complain a bit and your rude and not to be dealt with. Their front end process has all the warmth and charm of a cattle shute. Unfortunately it appears that the bottom line has become more important at this facility than a holistic health of their patients, even to the point of lapses in care. Tried to talk with my physician, basically called me a crank, after the office manager told me I was rude to complain.
You're receptionists need to learn how to be less rude. I've been coming here since I was a baby. I love dr Yoder and his partner but there is one receptionist in particular that really just needs an entire attitude check before coming into work.
