Have been visiting Concord Eye Care Center for years. Dr. Bryant is the best!
Caring and Professional! I went in wearing progressive readers and left without needing them. Dr. Bryant and her entire staff was just amazing! Folks, Dr. Bryant is not just an ordinary Eye Doctor, she is an EXTRAORDINARY Eye Doctor. There is no distance too far for your eyesight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I ordered computer glasses in 2016. I never got the explanation that their ad gives. All they gave me was a lense adjustment and called them computer glasses. Won't b going back . Based on their advertisement I certainly did not get what I paid for....probably why I have serious dry eye issue today, (went for second opinion after 6 mos of letting Dr. Bryant try to take care of with no success). So i was going to be 12 minutes late to my eye appt today due to the construction crap on 85.. They call me at the 11 minute mark to ask me if id like to reschedule. (Cause i was more then 10 minutes late) i said no im around the corner. (Hell i could see their damn building!) No, your more then 10 minutes late, you'll have to reschedule. I said, then no, ill find a new Dr. & hung up. Seriously irritated! Great customer service their Concord Eye Care! Y'all suck! No stars!
Awesome experience especially with a person of high anxiety. The staff was super nice and Dr. Bryant is the best!
Dr.Miller does a very outstanding job with my eye's... I wouldn't go to anyone else but him. The staff are very helpful and very nice
