So, these guys canceled the first appointment i was supposed to have with them. Not a great first impression. The second try, I sat in the waiting room for a half an hour before I finally checked in at the front desk. After a few minutes, the hygienist came out and said the afternoon had gotten away from her and she's be another 20 or so minutes. I'd left work early to be at this appointment on time. No thank you. Dr. Crespo called me the day after the crown preparation to see how things were going. That is the first time any doctor has ever called me. Needless to say, I was very pleased with her concern. The procedure went very good - Dr Crespo and the technician kept me well informed and I was very pleased with the outcome.
Everyone is so welcoming and wonderful to work with at Concord Dental Associates. Dr. Crespo took all the time I needed to explain my current and upcoming procedures. She was very patient, and even personally called me the following day to check in. I have been a patient there for several years now and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family!
