I am writing this review from the viewpoint of another contractor. I grew up with Jeff, he has always been a stand up guy. He stands behind his work. Concord values quality, which is rare these days. Jeff is an honest man, with solid working values.
We never thought we'd be using the words "enjoyable" and "bathroom remodel" in the same sentence. However, that's what the experience with Concord was for our recent bathroom remodel (and kitchen refresh). Jeff Hanson and his team are professional, competent, talented, and transparent.
