Wow. Nothing like receiving a letter in the mail explaining that not only are informed consent and evidence based practice not valued by this clinic, but neither is parental choice. Educate yourselves y'all, since apparently money is more important than your health to these people.🤢

They are the absolute best! Dr Prakash is so amazing with my daughter and the staff is so wonderful.
We had our 9 month appt today with paisleys new dr! Dr. Prakash at concord children’s clinic is absolutely amazing! There was such a HUGE difference in this office and paisleys old office(suburban pediatrics). They pick up the phone when we call. We’re never on hold for more than 5 minutes and we were NEVER rushed!!!! Dr Prakash sat and listened and explained everything so well!!! She took her time with us which I absolutely loved! Dr Prakash was great at first but then started to get to where she was just brushing off our concerns and issues. We have needed referrals done by Ms Susie a couple of times where I had to call and ask about them and they hadn't sent it in and times when medicines were to be called to the pharmacy and wasn't and would have to call the Dr office back. All of my family and extended family love Concord Children’s Clinic!!!. I was seen by Dr.Prakash until I was an adult. The past 7 years my daughter has also seen by her and Dr.Richards. My son was born last year and they helped me during a scary time when he was four weeks old. We caught a virus early on and he had to be admitted for a few days at the children’s hospital. Professional, friendly and superb service would not go anywhere else.
I absolutely LOVE this place ! We have seen all the doctors and love them all but Mrs Susie I absolutely love her . She knows my children by their names. She treats my girls like if they were hers ! I highly recommend them .
