customer service with this place is second to none! nik the owner is a very nice person he makes sure to treat you as a family than a customer. if you’re looking for a used car i recommend this dealership.
The guys at Concord Auto1 are great. They really made the car buying experience enjoyable. I had an issue with the battery in the car key and I was able to call Nick (my car salesman) and he picked up. Who dies that....what amazing customer service!!! No pressure/haggling makes it much easier when buying a car.

Employees at Auto 1 are friendly and knowlageble. Nik, the owner is nice and helpful. He is professional, and gives no pressure, which I liked a lot. He presented a fair deal and was very helpful and trustworthy. I would return to him for my next car purchase!
There was no pressure to buy. I took the car out for a spin, decided that this particular model was not what I was looking for, and left. I will return again if the right model becomes available.
