Little to no security, multiple thefts, rodent infestation, trash everywhere, children/adults loiter at all hours, poor management with slow repairs...I would NEVER recommend these apartments. The size is nice. Location is horrible. Don't settle just because of the low rent.
Dont move here the office staff take months to fix things OR THEY JUST DONT FIX THEM AT ALL! I am ready for my lease to be up because my floors are about to go in but the refuse to fix them. The sent people out to use "glue" to fix the floors lol thats so funny cuz sooner or later they'll realize glue dont fucking fix everything. I have sent emails made calls went in the office left pictures and still NOTHING! Now my calls are not getting answers!! Smh but they jacked the rent up and want they money tho smh!
Los apartamenos estan bonitos pero tienen pesimo mantenimiento y algunas manaller son amargadas y el porton siempre esta fallando, no se puede salir oh entrar,
