I have been a resident at Concord at Geneva for two years, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Prior to moving in, we were promised a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the second floor. However, just two weeks before our scheduled move-in date, we were informed that only a unit on the fourth floor was available. I went and visited this place today as I was inquiring about what was available for rent. I met with the actual property manager whose name I believe was Taylor. I can honestly say that in all the places I have either rented from or checked out I was shocked at how well I was greeted and treated not only by Taylor but also her staff. My husband and I absolutely love living here! The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance is quick to handle any requests and does a great job every time. We’ve had a great experience so far and are really happy to call this place home!
