Super office staff and an awesome maintenance supervisor
Great job getting my issue resolved. The maintenance man was there in 10 minutes and got things squared away very quickly.
A neighbor heard my smoke detector going off and reported it to the office. They called and let me know and I authorized them to have it looked at. When I got home, all was as it should be 👌
There are way too many issues to mention them all, but here are some. First, we were told about "move out" charges during our final walkthrough only. This includes a $130 cleaning charge, even though we completely cleaned the apartment. Second, the amenities (the pool and spa specifically) are closed more often than they are open. Third, the craftsmanship of the apartments are questionable. We had a spot in the living room that we thought we were going to fall through all the time. Ok let me just say Taylor the office manager and her team that includes aspen and Tina at the front desk who helped me with the situation with the flooding that happened accidentally by another tenant they have gone above and beyond !! They all need raises ! They were always helpful in answering all my questions ! Taylor has worked tirelessly to help my roomste and I ! We got into a new apartment here and it’s great !
