Beware Went to go view this apartment last week with my sister and there was about 20 ROACHES in the sink. We were disgusted. Seems like this has been a known issue for many years judging by the comments.

We do have a pest control service that regularly treats our community so we are unsure as to how this situation has occured. Do NOT move here! My fiance and I have been living at these apartments for 2 years. It was called Terra concord and the management was improving the apartments because little did we know they were selling them. Now they call themselves Concord 1441. They changed the whole staff with people who are the most unqualified and ignorant staffs. I do not know what lies they tell people to get them to sign leases but they could care less about the people that live here. Renter Beware My family and I have lived here for the past two years and there have been two different management companies. The first company that managed the place back when it was called Terra Concord actually did a really great job of trying to upgrade the place. They updated the clubhouse, gym and courtyard. The apartments were newly renovated as well so that was definitely a bonus. They really cared about cleaning up the place and trying to provide a better environment. Disgusting place I lived here for a year and I hated it. There was roaches every where. Staff was rude. Maitence sucked. Me and my room mates couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Concord 1441 Where do I begin. Roaches, broken elevators, broken washers, one cleaning and one maintenance person for over 200 units, broken locks, sells like garbage and worst of all completely indifferent management.

Not Worth Your Time We lived here for 9 months and couldn't move fast enough. Here's a quick list of the things that made us not even consider resigning our lease: - Cockroaches - Dirty Hallways - Garbage Overflowing - My underwear got stolen from community washer - They kept our $1,100 deposit and sent us a bill - Apartment was dirty when we moved in - Freezing in winter, scorching in summer - They covered espestus tile and mold with carpets in hallways - Painted Over cracks in walls - Took 15-20 days to complete simple mai... read more
Thank you I would like to express my gratitude to Terra Concord Management for being very professional and efficient. I have lived in the same apartment for 2 years and couldn't be happier. The amount of space you get for the price is great compared to most other apartments. In addition, the location is close to downtown and shopping. The office staff provide a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. If you are considering this apartment complex in your list of choices, look no further.
Don't be fooled by the nice office I have been a resident for over 2 years. This place has roaches, dope dealers, homeless sleeping in the laundry rooms as well as the roof. It's a disaster.
