As a first-time mom, being able to text or call around the clock has put my mind at ease (and saved us from panicked emergency room visits) countless times. Working with Concierge Pediatrics changes everything you think about going to see a doctor. Dr. Espana has always been available (and quickly) whenever we've had a question or concern about our baby, which can be often as we're first-time parents (she's even available by text, which is super convenient). Doctor España has been such a blessing in our life. Having her available whenever we need her no matter the time or day is really priceless. But she is more than that. She is kind and patient with all our questions as new parents who worry about every little thing. There is no waiting to be seen; as soon we get there she is ready for us and appointments last as long as she needs to address all our concern. Dr Espana is a mom before being a doctor. She is patient, caring and always available. She takes her time explaining the baby’s milestones. My baby started sleeping 8hours straight at 3 months after I followed a sleeping program (no crying approach) that she recommended.
This type of practice has been so amazing for our family. I researched about concierge after hearing about the concept on a podcast several years ago. What I thought would be super expensive has ended up being extremely reasonable, and the convenience plus peace of mind knowing that I never have to wait in a crowded, sick-child filled waiting room and the ability to text/call/email our pediatrician 24/7 is absolutely wonderful. We were recommended to the practice by my ob/gyn. We have had a wonderful experience every visit. There’s no wait to see the physician and she is very thorough. Dr Espana takes time to answer all of our questions and never rushes us. She makes us feel as if we are her only priority. 5 stars all the way!
We love Concierge Pediatrics of Houston! We used to drive 20-30min and wait an hour+ for our pediatrician. Now we go in and are seen at the scheduled time!! Or better yet, our concerns are addressed through a text or phone call 💕 And everyone is so kind and patient. This is how medicine [especially with a little one] should be! The minimal monthly fee is totally worth the peace of mind provided by having a pedi on-call 24/7. I only wish they offered the same services for adults!
Our children have been patients of Dr. Arnal since 2014. We started seeing her after a recommendation and followed her as she opened Concierge Pediatrics. She has an amazing rapport with children, is incredibly thorough, and is always willing to talk through any questions until all concerns are answered. I highly recommend Concierge Pediatrics. They are a trusted necessity for our family.
