I live in Ft. Wayne but have gladly traveled to Plymouth for my medical care for the last 5+ years. My former doctor was part of a hospital system where I always felt rushed and like I was just a number. Here I feel as though my concerns and questions are taken seriously and everything is explained to me in detail. They have also helped me by coordinating with other specialists to treat a spine condition that needs surgery and they make sure I am getting proper follow up care.
Dan and Lauren and all the staff at MCCM have taken great care of me and followed up and ensured I did what I needed to for my health.
I've been coming to Concierge Medicine for 3 year now, And I feel so grateful to have found them. The staff has always been so helpful and caring. Dr. Dan Tanner is a wonderful care giver. Very thorough and is great at listening to your concerns and helping you find the best solution to your health needs. !!SHOUTOUT TO DR DAN TANNER!! So since 2020 I've been dealing with acute Achilles tendinitis. Like a rope it's all intertwined tightly together and mine are like a rope that's frayed apart. Great care great people! Highly recommend! I wholeheartedly believe they saved my life. They take the time to treat you the patient. I’ve gotten my diabetes under control and lost 85 pounds since I started going there. If they didn’t save my life. They definitely added life to my years.
