I have been a patient for many years with Concierge Family Medicine. Their practice is a 10 out of 10 with both their professional service and provided health care which has been nothing less than fantastic. My husband and I were searching for a new primary care doctor after dealing with constant turnover at other practices, and finding Dr. Mason Jones has truly been life-changing. Dr. Mason Jones has been my doctor for about 20 years (maybe more). The time and care that he takes is very important to me; I feel heard. Dr. Jones answers all my questions, and there are always plenty, and keeps me informed of the latest medicine for what ails me. Dr. William Jones and the rest of the staff are wonderful, too. I will continue to be his patient for another 20 years or more! Thank you Dr. Jones.
Avoid this doctor. Refuses to give more than one month of medicine at a time for non-controlled, daily-taken medicine (anti-depressants). Not once did I get a single refill, it had to be requested each and every month. Upon leaving, I had to beg for refills while I searched for a new PCP, unable to justify the $1800/yr. price tag (which they refused to break into payments) given the very low value for someone in decent health.
