Dan is excellent to work with when you're in the market for an engagement ring! He is super responsive and great at turning things around quickly. The team is very professional. I scheduled an appointment with them to look for an engagement ring. During the appointment, Annie first educated us about diamonds beyond the four Cs, then conducted a 'blind taste test' with the diamonds she selected based on our requirements prior to the appointment. She then discussed customized settings. Although we ultimately purchased elsewhere, the team was very understanding. This is the honest, local store that most people are looking for. Highly recommend!
