There are not enough good things to say about Concierge. I'm small dollars in the world of engagement rings, but Conciege had a team of 4+ people (including the owner) assisting me on a rush custom design job to meet my proposal deadline. They were responsive, timely, and helpful/informative throughout the design and selection process. I sent my ring in for resizing and their team was wonderful. Especially Aubrey and Loretta. From start to finish, they were kind, helpful and patient. I had no trouble with email communication. Even when my ring wasn't delivered properly on time (it wasn't their fault at all, though), they tried to help as fast as they could in contacting their shipping team and staying (virtually) by my side until I finally had my ring back on my finger. Their customer service is worth the price. 13/10
Annie and the whole Concierge team were incredible throughout the process! We ended up with the perfect marquise engagement ring after multiple in-person meetings going over exactly what we wanted. Annie provided us with multiple diamonds to choose from until we eventually found the perfect one. My fiance is in love with the ring and we couldn't be happier with the final product.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful custom engagement ring - or really any piece of jewelry. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - taking the time to understand exactly what you want. I got my wife's engagement ring here and came back a year later to get our wedding bands. They were able to produce her exact vision while helping us stay in our price range. Great experience from start to finish, would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Concierge!
