Rachael has been a huge blessing in the private duty side of things for patients returning home post SNF care. She has been in this line of work long enough to know exactly what each family needs. She is patient, kind, informative, and friendly. She visits often and always ensures our staff is aware of any changes, new policies, new services. She is wonderful!!
