It was very helpful when I needed a bit of assistance to recover. The people assigned were kind and did whatever as asked well. It was really hard to pull them out of their cell phones, but once you got their attention, things went fine.
We used Concierge Care for my Aunt for nearly 6 years. They were wonderful and helped her daily. Highly recommended for your aging loved ones care.
Worse company...Always getting the dates wrong..Day they will call to confirm never calls..Becareful when setting dates.
Concierge Care is amazing. My mother was in a nursing home when I met Rhonda Kifer , RN, and she directed me to Concierge Care. She helped me facilitate bringing my mother home and getting her settled into home care. Throughout the year, we have increased, decreased and increased care according to her needs. I call the office and they schedule the caregivers that we need, which seems to change weekly.
