This was my first time using this service and it fit my needs. The call to determine what the company offered was very easy. I experienced excellent customer service. The follow-up from the nurse to ascertain my needs and giving further explanation about what to expect made the process go even smoother.The pick-up and drop off to and from my health appointment was excellent. The service ensures you are safe and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service to others in the community.

Our experience with Concierge Care has been exemplary. Not only are the individual care givers capable and sensitive, the staff provides service beyond expectations. They have helped us obtain reimbursement from our insurance company by validating the American Express payments we make to Concierge Care that create a permanent record. We feel we have a true friend in Penny Bryan. and, at our age, such a relationship is invaluable.

I have used Concierge Care for my mother for over a year. We have had great success matching caregivers to her needs and the staff always works with us to find the right fit. The office staff is very responsive and communicates well. They treat us like family. I highly recommend Concierge Care.

This service is horrible. I have tried and tried to get them to communicate with me and its always a struggle. They make promises and don't follow through. No one calls to tell you what the schedule is. They have tried to cheat me out of my PT visits. Absolutely horrible!
