They are frauds. They treat staff bad and don't pay for weeks at a time.
The food was good, the drinks were excellent and the people that run this place are wonderful. The band was really good also. I would recommend that everyone who can, check this place out.

I wandered into the pearl to check out the menu and was immediately greeted by a really upbeat bartender (Dez). The young lady bartending was very sweet and attentive, she made a delicious margarita. The pearls were just enough to hold me over while I waited for the brisket which was delicious! They were quick and friendly even as the bar started to fill up for karaoke. I will definitely be back!
The menu was very limited and offered less than half of what they advertise on their website. The food was terrible. We think the bacon wrapped jalapeños came from HEB. My husband’s brisket was more fat than meat and was cut with the grain. I had to hunt to find any brisket in my stuffed avocado. No local beers available even though they say “130 beers on the wall” on their website. We were very disappointed. The photos and menu on their website and Facebook were basically false advertising. too loud, full of drunks at noon, very poor service, portion sizes are so small that I was starving after eating, and it was 10 bucks so not worth it.
