I've been to Texas a few times... I've met quite a few Texans... I went to Texas to visit my Son and Daughter-in-law. I stayed a few days.. I was hoping Texas would succeed until I went to the Concho Peral Icehouse. I met Bri, (can't remember names well-- she stood out).. Now I'll consider living in Texas, as long as I can stay at the Concho Pearl Icehouse..
The brisket was very good. And the service was excellent! My only disappointment was when I asked about a souvenir T-shirt to take back to NC and found out it was $27. $20 is my limit to advertise for someone.
