They always have something I haven't had and it's a fantastic flavor. First it was some kind of cooked greens that I couldn't get enough of and today we went in support of BETO for Senate! and we had both the ribs and the potato wedges. Those potato wedges were fantastic and my hubby LOVED them. I can't wait to go back.

We were at the blues festival and ate at The Pearl food truck! Not only was the food AMAZING but so were the people running it! A hundred thumbs up from our family! Best food there and love how the fajita meat was smoked. Pulled pork fries was great and the Street corn was the best we ever had! Hope to see the truck in Waco and please let us know if ya do!
