My partner called to ask questions about there service because we got a flyer in the mail and was interested and the lady was very rude to him and kept hanging up on him. Very disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place.

We got a flyer in the mail and we decided I call to get some information about the services. We couldn’t get to scheduling anything because she rudely hung up. She claimed it was a family friendly establishment and that it was also open to services for men and apparently that isn’t true given how she answered the few questions she did answer. Definitely won’t be walking in this establishment if it can’t handle the phone portions at least in a professional manner.

I had an amazing experience! Conchita took her time and showed so much dedication to giving me the perfect haircut. She started by shampooing and conditioning my hair, which felt wonderful. She did an amazing job trimming it and paid great attention to the details in my layers. She also straightened my hair beautifully. I left feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend!

The ladies here were very kind and sweet but personally i did not like my haircut, to me it looks a bit choppy when I asked for layers and didn’t really get the look i was hoping for and when they styled my hair, it made my hair smell really burnt, 2-3 days to get rid of the smell. While the way they styled it was honestly really pretty, and I liked how it came included with the haircut, I just did not like the smell and the look
