I had an amazing experience! Conchita took her time and showed so much dedication to giving me the perfect haircut. She started by shampooing and conditioning my hair, which felt wonderful. She did an amazing job trimming it and paid great attention to the details in my layers. She also straightened my hair beautifully. I left feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend!

The ladies here were very kind and sweet but personally i did not like my haircut, to me it looks a bit choppy when I asked for layers and didn’t really get the look i was hoping for and when they styled my hair, it made my hair smell really burnt, 2-3 days to get rid of the smell. While the way they styled it was honestly really pretty, and I liked how it came included with the haircut, I just did not like the smell and the look

Don’t get a LASH LIFT from the Conchita lady, first of all She was 20 minutes late, she was not careful nor gentle, she put so much glue on, at the end she tried to take off the glue with tweezers and she pinched me under my eye. My eyelashes didn't curl at all!!! The next day that I washed them they went down, I took it before and after picture, they look the same, But as they say, cheap is expensive, never again. I’m sorry for the comment I’m just being honest.
