As an intendant parent. I don’t recommend hiring this agency. Very money hungry and mismanaged. We are devastated and I am dealing with panic attacks and ptsd from them. Do yourself a favor and find a better managed agency and if you still go with them then make sure you get your own lawyer and not the one they recommend.
I had great experience with this agency. 4 years ago. I started this process. I was recommended to this agency by Chinese girl who posted info on Chinese forum. So I just went to LA as first time. I didn’t even visit this office but we did everything by email. I got very good eggs donation and I already had a lovely and smart boy of 2 years ago. I was very nervous about the whole process until I met Jenny at Conceptual Options office. She introduced me to everyone and made me feel at ease. There was an immense amount of information and I truly felt overwhelmed. It was great to meet so many passionate people working together. I have to think about this whole thing some more, but thank you for all of the wisdom.

Just finished my first surrogate pregnancy with Conceptual Options and I have to say that they are the absolute best! I loved all of their parties, support groups, and personal touches that they gave me throughout my entire pregnancy.
