Cassie did a great job at our large tailgate tent event at the Texas vs LSU game yesterday. Stayed upbeat, fun and service-oriented throughout a long, hot, busy day. Never lost her cool, even when set up logistics were made much more difficult than they should have been due to downfalls with UT’s tailgate service. Most importantly, she makes great drinks! Killer bloody mary’s. Would work with her again in a heartbeat! Try the ranch water with jalepeño!
Words cannot express how professional and talented Cassie is. She took my kick off party to a new level. My event was taken care of by her before during and after. She was able to take an idea that I had and make it into a reality where everyone left my home excited happy and so overjoyed with the remarkable and great tasting drinks that Cassie made. If you ever think about having a bartender this is the one, you will not be disappointed. I can guarantee that.
