RUN!!!! The maintenance staff is not reliable, the property is falling apart and infested with bugs. The appliances work 50% of the time. The surrounding area is NOT safe. Your car wont last long, nor will your sanity. RUN RUN RUN!!!!! PLEASE DONT RENT HERE!
I lived at Concepts for 5 years, and this was my experience. My car was broken into, my apt door was kicked in and my apt. was ransacked and robbed. My neighbors door was kicked in. There was a SHOOTING in the building next to mine. Seeing police prescence and people being loaded up with handcuffs was a normal occurance.
