I wanted to pursue cryopreservation, but this clinic was very unhelpful and not very friendly when I wanted to learn more. They're also extremely expensive in terms of storage

I absolutely loved Conceptions fertility! They have such a friendly amazing staff, and their communication has been better than any other office I’ve ever been to. They get you into the office super quickly. Plus they helped me get pregnant with my sweet baby after 2 1/2 years of trying. I went to 4 different offices before them and they were the only office that made me feel human. Very highly recommend!
Conceptions center is very money driven. I had a 6 mins Telehealth appointment consultation as a new patient with a nurse practitioner, she told me nothing important but discourage information. Now the Conceptions center sent me a bill of $167.52 for the 6 mins consultation. They billed 99204, which is time requirement of 45 to 59 mins of total time spent on the encounter, Level 4 45+ minutes visit, such a liar! I even called them twice on this, left message, but no one called me back to explain the reason or apology ! 6 min... read more
