Here to share my experience with this fertility clinic. Let’s start by saying they mis diagnosed me with diabetes & when i went to go get retested i had someone elses lab work in hand. Second every time i went into this office i was asked “is this your first time?” I finally had it after being asked this question with my 3rd iui. Third complaint.. the dr came in to check my follicle size and she was teaching a new tech without asking if that was okay. I’ve been very disappointed in my experience with conceptions. :( Every time I go into their office I’m the only one in the waiting room in the dark basement. I met with doctor Moore virtually 6 months ago, and I’ve been into their office at least ten times and haven’t seen him once. We are at the beginning stages of IUI with them and no one on their team has taken the time to explain any steps to us- we’ve had to google what IUI even is, since no one cared to walk us through anything.
