We had such a great experience with conceptions! My friend donated her eggs, and they made sure the three of us (my husband, my friend, and I) were completely aware of the process and were emotionally able to make this decision. They also required us to watch videos so we'd know exactly how the process worked. I felt very prepared and informed enough to ask questions. Dr. Moore made time to talk to us about any concerns. I am sharing this review to help protect other young women, especially teenagers and those in their early 20s, who may be considering care at this clinic. Had a billing issue where I was unfairly billed for a consultation I had no idea I would be charged for, and contacted them to hopefully get my bill reversed. I was promptly responded to, and pleasantly surprised that they disputed the bill and gave me a one time courtesy due to not previously signing a financial agreement at the consultation. I truly am grateful as most places can fight you tooth and nail for your money when it wasn't originally disclosed. Thank you for your wonderful, and understanding customer service!

I started seeing Conceptions after a poor experience with a different provider. From the very beginning, I felt as if the entire Conceptions team really cared about me and my experience.
