Excellent customer service! Everyone was so nice and very talented! Me and my husband both got mani/ pedi! My husband's nails looked the best l've ever seen them! My nails came out perfect as well! Exactly like the picture I showed! It was quiet and calming in there so we were able to fully relax. 10/10 experience!!!!
Went for birthday nails set -- stylist repeatedly asked me if I was sure I wanted acrylics with design (rainbow polka dots, which I called ahead and asked if they were able to do and was told yes) and then actively, to my face, complained about doing it. Ultimately just did one color instead because the stylist told me she didn't want to do the design. The acrylic was thick and poorly done. Was super disappointed and had to get my nails fixed elsewhere.
Tina and the girls are just wonderful! They have me as client for past 4 years. I tried different places and no one else could do a better job. Prices are fair and visible listed, and my nails are looking perfect every time. Thank you for the wonderful job you did for me!!
I have been a customer of Concept Nail Spa for 13 years. I have very difficult nails to service. Tina and Cindy do great jobs on my toenails and fingernails. I am treated like family.
I had a wonderful experience to spend my time here with my family. Such a nice pedicure, relaxing feet massage and my ingrown toes nails, all my toes nails were so much happier after done . My manicure nochip was been beautiful over 2 two weeks in my back home vacation. My mom is 78 years old, she had also pedicure and 30 more minutes extra feet massage , she loves it and reminds me about this salon.
