Concept flooring definitely just gained lifelong customers for every home in our portfolio. We had a hard time locating a company or contractor that would complete our 9x9ft elevator floor at a reasonable and not a price-gouging cost. Its perfection! and goes seamlessly with the rest of our house. They were in and out in 30 mins; super communicative and prompt. A breath of fresh air.
Concept Flooring did a wonerful job putting in the flooring. Crew was always on time and Crew Chief was exceptional as all details were covered.
I had a great experience from beginning to end with Concept Flooring. They walked me through the entire process, so there were no surprises on installation day. The crew was professional, experienced, and showed excellent attention to detail. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Installation of hard wood floors and carpet were completed and I liked dealing with Sales Rep. Chris Baker, he communicated well throughout the whole process, helped expedite the schedule as our tenants were out of their home. I will use the Concept Flooring team on my next project!
We just wrapped up our flooring project with Concept and I cannot say enough great things about Jim and his team. They sanded and re-stained our original hardwood floors on the main level of our home.
