I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I just had with Concept Flooring! The installers were friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job. They treated my property like it was there own, and went to great lengths to protect my furniture and newly painted walls. The Owner, Dave Jones, gets it! The best advertising for any business is word of mouth (or social media in this case).
Just had new hardwoods put in and old ones redone. Dave was awesome to work with and Bobby and his team did a wonderful job on our floors! There wasn't a lot of dust afterwards like I was expecting. Came home to beautiful and clean new floors. Highly recommend them!
It has been a pleasure to work with Dave Jones and Concept Flooring for the past seven years. I have used them personally for hardwood floor refinishing and carpet.
