It’s disappointing to me to see all these positive comments because we’ve had quite a different experience. Yes, originally everything was great.... until there was a problem. In 4 years we’ve paid them thousands of additional dollars to make repairs to the flooring they installed. After the last repair, that failed miserably to meet our agreed upon expectations, they have stopped returning phone calls, texts or emails. Never followed up as promised. I will never be able to recommend them to anyone based on our experience.
Refinished wood floors, reworked and refinished banister rails to perfection as we were out of town for Spring break. Excellent work, trustworthy, honest, very professional. Great job Jeff.
Concept flooring recently laid carpet in one of our investment houses. I made a point to research multiple companies in advance of making a choice on which company to choose and concept continually came back up with multiple people recommending them while looking for a carpet company. Needless to say I was not steered wrong. They took the time to go over different types of carpet that I could use for my screen room. Because of their expertise I went to a different product than I came in to buy. After research I would have been very unhappy with the product I came in to buy. Great people to work with. *****
If you need flooring, this is the company you need to use. We had flood damage in our home and Concept came to our rescue. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and my experience with Concept flooring was the best ever. They were professional, prompt , and very competitively priced! I never write reviews but this experience went so well, I felt I needed to share!!!!
